Visualization transforms wishes into reality…

Power your goals with visualization techniques. Use this tool to get what you desire, easier and faster. Musicians and athletes have used this method for decades. Recent medical research shows that your brain does not distinguish between an actual event or an imagined event.  In visualizing your goals, you live your accomplishments in your mind's eye. As you consciously engage your five senses you speed your accomplishment.

Examples are you want to see more money in your checkbook. Or receive that engagement ring, or be acknowledged a “star” in your company.  What is the event you want to experience?  Receiving your monthly statement and seeing… what number? Feeling the joy and tears as the ring is slipped on your finger or being recognized at an annual award corporate banquet?  Some find it helpful to write a description of an desired event to make it clear in your mind.  Let’s pick more money in your check book or saving account as I walk through this visualization experience.

What You Will Experience As You Use The Visualization Process:

• You will start experiencing “cosmic coincidences”, These are meaningful connections and information that assists you to manifest what you are visualizing.  Serendipitous events start pouring into your life. Suddenly, it seems everyone and everything wants to help you to get you what you desire.  People and places are suddenly accommodating to your desires.

 • Your Reality begins to shift, even though you are in the same place and with  the same people as before. You begin to move through the 5 stages of Belief about your desired result.  At first, your thoughts about this desired result are Impossible, that softens into Possible and as you continue to visualize it becomes Probable and then Inevitable as see clearly your desired outcome  coming to you and the final step is TRUE. You did it! The amount of time to move through these 5 stages can be minutes or days or months.  

The VISUALIZATION PROCESS

Here is what you do:
Make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes and relax. Slowly and systematically go through all of the five senses. Imagine what you would be experiencing  when you open your bank statement and see the desired number in your bank balance.

Sight. Imagine what you would see there. Are you  in your home office or the kitchen table when you open your mail? Put yourself there, in your minds “eye”.  Imagine opening the envelope, unfolding the sheet of paper and glancing at the bottom of the page. What is the number that you want to see. Imagine it!  Allow the picture to remain for several minutes.

Sound. What would you hear? Do you have music or the television on in the background? Are you yelling to other family members to come and see your desired number in your bank statement? Or are you quietly saying a Thank you prayer?  Imagine that! Hear the sound track of the movie in you are creating.

Smell. Imagine all the smells you would experience: what does your house or office smell like, coffee, incense, dinner cooking on the stove? What else?

Feel. What would your tactile sensations be?  The piece of paper in your hand, Your other hand holding your letter opener or is holding a glass of water or ? Imagine the exhilaration you will feel when you open your bank statement and the desired number is there.

Taste. What do you drink when you sit to open your mail? A glass of water or a soda or? Mentally put that taste on your tongue as you visualize this scene. Experience the sweet taste of success -- in advance! Take your time during this exercise and enjoy it.

The more you see, hear, imagine this event, the faster it becomes reality for you.  The process of creating a visualization movie clip for your mind, is powerful, it will invite those individuals and events into your life to accomplish this goal.

Additional tip: You might take an actual back statement and glue the number that you want to see on the bottom of that page. Make a few copies, and put them here and there to remind yourself of  this “coming attraction” in your life.  I suggest the bathroom mirror, for one spot. Many coaching clients report they daily visualize while brushing their teeth! Others loved my suggestion to visualize every time they are waiting at a stop light while doing their daily driving.  Others do it in bed, last thought as they are falling asleep and first thought when they awake, before they move into the day’s activities. 

Make it easy to add a brief, 2-5 minute visualization every day. Run the movie clip of YOUR EXPERIENCE of the desired event. As you allow it to become real internally, external events will make it so!
